My Apple subscription isn’t working

If you’ve subscribed using Apple Pay, but your new membership isn’t showing in your account, try restoring the purchase.

To do this:

- Go to the Apple App store

- Select ‘Preferences’

- Choose ‘Restore purchases’

This should refresh the system and fix the problem (without charging you again). If you still have trouble, get in touch on support@theinnercircle.co and we’ll look into it.
